• Name and company details, if you choose to share them in a message or on a call

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the audit or contact form, and separately for any further marketing emails

• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), for site security, basic analytics, and improving the service

• Record and send you the personalized video audit you requested
• Reply to your questions and prepare proposals you ask for
• Send occasional follow-up emails about email marketing, only where you have consented; every such email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately
